I can't believe I actually Googled the lyrics just so I can take a look.. Di ko na kasi maalala yung buong song.
Anyway, I think the first part of the song:
"You ask me if I love you
And I choke on my reply
I'd rather hurt you honestly
Than mislead you with a lie
And who am I to judge you
On what you say or do?
I'm only just beginning to see the real you"
means the guy isn't sure of he loves the woman kc nga he's just getting to really know her still.. tapos in the chorus, I think he means that eventhough he's not sure whether he loves her yet, when they "touch" each other, he feels more.. as in he realizes that this girl means more to him than he thinks (naks). But I think in the rest of the song, he implies that he's afraid to tell her how he feels because of his uncertainty and maybe due to him being hurt in the past.
So yan ang palagay ko.. palagay lang ha.. hehehehe
